Presentation

HuHu... yesterday was budgetly technical presentation of QA department in my company. I was one of the presenters for the presentation.
I was presented 'Quantity Discrepancy Issue' for this presentation and i used about 1 week to finalize the presentation. My boss was helping me the content and the journey of the presentation, he wants the presentation like a story line.. so that when people look at my presentation, they wont fall sleep.. :) Anyhow, the presentation was quite successful and my bosses have said that i done it well. Im also satisfied with my presentation, just my poor english make myself also cant 'tahan'...
Always will stuck in the middle of the speech. hehe......

Saturday of OCT

There are so many weeks i did not writing blog here, i was busy with the coming technical presentation in my company and also recently i am trying to focus more in my work.
This is a new budget of 08 in my company so that there is some organization changes. Before this i have total of 3 bosses and now i have one more boss added into our group. It can be a good news and also a bad news. Good news is this boss is very responsibile person with knowlegible. I can sure that he can make the line become more and more better. The bad news is it must need to have lot of changes to the line, and I will be the one who need to do the changes...hehe. Anyhow, Its also a time for me to change to be more better and more confident in my working life. :__)

Singapore Day

Today Im in Singapore for few days trip, was full of energy before come and thought a lot of activities to do. After i reached here, whole body exhausted, and without energy! My sister asked me to wake up after i fall sleep for awhile in the bed and we went to nearby shopping mall jalan jalan with my mum also.

We went to a restaurent called Cartel, i think its US retaurent like MCD... They sell the pork steak with lot of big bone (actually is the back) ... it was very very delicious. We ordered 3 set, 2 was fish and chips and this pork steak. It was really nice for the fish and chip also with some fren fries and mayonise.. :)

After that, i fall sleep when reached home again! now is about 11.20pm and i just finished some mooncake with a cup of green tea.
Now I am trying to plan tomorrow trip, dont want to miss out something.

Sunday Gathering

Today night I and my old housemate during university time will have a gathering at a restaurent infront of Quensbay mall since 1 year ago.
Now I am preparing by having a shower... and just now my old friends was coming to visit me..
hehe..

Presentation

Today is my line QA forum and I was giving a presentation about the line issue in July. This is the first time i present in the company, it was not so formal and many people, but I felt nervous. These 2 days mood not so good, feel so tired.. dont know why, whole body feel no energy and seems cant get the spirit of excellent...hehe..

Sunday afternoon :)

A lazy Sunday with moody feeling, I woke up about 10 o clock in the morning. The weather is rainy and now the weather is just like Autumn- without rain but not so cold..
Today I dont need to back to office... Stay home and now listen to the music and chatting with some friends on MSN.


For this whole week I did not write any post because my XP was encountered some problem. I was accidently deleted some system file in the computer. Luckily all of my file is save.
Yesterday my housemate's brother coming back from Malacca and we went to Quensbay mall to buy shoes.. I did not get a good and nice one... Maybe my taste is different from other... After that, we start to think what to take for our supper... MCD, KFC??? No.. Finally we went to E gate... I want to take supper at Subway.. but finally we went to a chinese restaurent to take some special chinese food. I ordered a dish look like Pizza.. RM 5.20.. Quite cheap.. A Nepal guy intro me this dish.. But finally the dish was actually like chinese 'Man Jian Kuih'...Anyhow, it was nice with soul mayonise. Heeh

It has been 3 days I did not write post...

It has been 3 days I did not write post... Last 2 days, my home internet connection was very slow, even my msn also cannot log in. Now listen to the 'Paint My Love' from Michael learn to rock... Feel more relax than just now. Just now... felt very warm in body, not so well in condition... Now listen some music to peace my mind before going to bed later.
What I do for last 3 days? I was watch about 3-4 DVD movie for the last weekend. Suddently like to watch movie this year... Still remember my hometown in pontian long time ago has one 'Cinema' but very old fashion and lousy...hehe....... I still remember i have been once there.. Lot of rubbish inside, paper and food......Compare to cinema now in quensbay and Gurney, its far far more better than that... hehe.. But of course the price also quite high..

Tomorrow plan to watch the new movie' The Dark Knift' , but the movie very popular, already fully booked....so sad...

Refresh back for last few days, I could not sleep well... My mind suddenly appear so much memory which happened before... With one of my friend... very happy.. was very happy.. Dont know how is him now... very far away.. To be frank, I am very miss this friend.. No matter how, I hope he is fine in anything...

Yesterday, I was fall sleep in the room after eating from outside.... A busy day again for friday because there 2 cases suddently feedback from customer and Japan... I was then behave lIke a superman need to run here and there, and to call meeting and reply to the related person.

Sleep until this morning about 10am, my mind is refreshing and feel more better than yesterday :)


I have some question in my mind was, whether need to say sorry to customer or reply to them, but finally i didnt do because it seems not our line problem and we are still investigate for the problem. Ofcourse i cant say it is their fault but at least we cant admit its our wrong too. Anyhow, my boss is coming back on Monday and I think he will helping me to settle these things.

Today is rainy day, morning still look very nice, but started to turn dark about 10 am and start to rain around that time...
I was busy in the staff room and discuss with my members about the line issue corrective action.... Dont know why, today pass very fast..
I was coming back to home about 8.20pm.. I finished about 70% of the training report at office. Now I just finished a facial mask..hehe

Journey to the central of the Earth

Just come back from the Cinema at Quensbay watched the movie 'Journey to the central of the Earth'.. The 3D technology cant be seen with naked eyes but it still showed a very high resolution and effect for the audience.....

Anywhere, now is 12.55am.. very tired.. need to go to bed.. Tomorrow need to rush for my training report..... Feeling not so good.. but its a way to go for more better life..

Wah!!!!!!! Such a busy day today. Erm.. Can't say busy but was brainstorming...Today so many things to remember and learn from my line member.
I go through about 20 class machines to see all linking part's function and record down all the info about the machine. haizzzz...........

Dont talk about it... Now talk about Cathay promotion... Today have special offer at GSC but at Cathay also have other promotion.. Buy a combo set get a free ticket... Erm... Which one better?
... I decide to go for Cathay... I think this is a good promotion because everytime i will bought pop corn too at GSC and costing more than 10 ringgits...............

Have to prepare now.. hehe

Tuesday 2

Every Tuesday, KFC have 25% discount, but I was not bought the meal today so I decided to cook by myself. What to cook @@... What appear on my mind was.... 'Pan Mian'!!!!
There is a Pan Mian noodles stall nearby Bukit Jambul where the stall is surrounded by many big trees. Anyhow, the Pan Mian is the main attractive part... why? I also dont know, thats why the noodles appear on my mind lo...I tried to cook, but without the main noodles, and I choose the soya noodles which i bought at Tesco last time. Its not bad, quite delicious, and only cost 50 cent per 5 packs!!! Its the cheapest noodles which I ever seen. I get some 'Ikan Bilis' from my housemate together with some hotdog (as meat) join together and cook it in high fire... cook.. cook.... after 5 min... the delicious smell...........seems good taste...
hehe... Finally, I like it, not as good as the stall one, but I like it. My friend said its too salty, but I dont feel salty... Anywhere, they dont have the luck because I wont cook for them anymore.. hehe.....

Tuesday

Just finish work and take a cold shower now, my mind is relax but have a little bit tired due to there are so many work today. Today, I start to suit myself with the supervisor and she is become more better than yesterday, make me feel better today. Today meeting was smooth, no late, they are punctual, co-operative. Anyhow, I need to complete one report in this week for all the training items which my boss asked me to do.... Its not a bit, but quite many... need to put in all details..sighh...............

Today, we will celebrate my friends birthday at home. Their birthday is one day differ... Thus, we bought 2 cakes with different flavour, also because we like it :)

Hope tonight will have a good night and give me strength for tomorrow challenge! Yeah!!!

A short message before going to bed

After one day work and just now went to Quensbay mall, now feel a bit tired. Now is 11.56pm and almost goes to midnight. Still have 4 minutes to go 14/7/2008 will turn to 15/7/08. There is nothing special tomorrow but I hope tomorrow will have some surprise for me and more happier than today.
Anyhow, I need to go to bed and make a sweet dreams.... hehe..

Monday Again

Today, is another monday which I need to go for work. This 2 weeks my boss is not arround, so all the things will leave to me to settle.
My mood is ok for today, just there was something happened today, she, someone in the line... When we were discussing about the line issue, and i ask them to do some action, the girl, not, the old women, tried to critic me by saying I am new, dont know anything in the work... It was really make me mad!
Anyhow, I try to balance my mood and tell myself, its natural and dont take it so serious.

Now I am coming back and relax at home :)

I’m a simple guy who is coming from a small village called Kayu Ara Pasong in Johore state in Malaysia. My name is Neo Eng Wee, 24 years old and today is 07/09/2008. Since I was a child, indoor interest likes singing, drawing and chinese calligraphy could be the activities for me to spend my free time. I still remembered that I got my first singing contest prizes during my primary 4th year study, I have got the second prizes. It could be the most wonderful time which I will never forget. One year later, I trying my best to get the first prizes in the contest and finally I done it!

Before start to talk about my secondary school life, lets share with you all about my family members. I have 4 sister and a brother, I am the youngest in the family. Don't forget also my dad and mum who love me the most. Start to feel a little guilty on myself because I was very naughty and like to against my parents instruction. It might due to my birth place is in a very free and natural environment, so that my behavior also quite 'Special' and brave in somewhere where others not dare to try. I got 4 sister, but the one in the photo is one of the sister who together with me most of the time due to other sister is working and study outside hometown, so just can see them few times a year.

After finished my primary school study life, I start to face the reality into more tough and complicated life. It was a very difficult time for me due to I was enter to a Malay school but I was not able to communicate with Malay friends in the school. Finally, I get to know many malay friends and found that my Malay language was start to improve because of their guidance and help in homework. Anywhere, the improvement was not due to the homework which I learn by myself but it was because of I have copied their homework so many times until I absorb most of the knowledge from their homework.

After form 3 study, it was my 16 years old, a wonderful memory which I could not forget. I was believed that I was not good in sport at all, but there was one school activities which need me to do the high jump for the shcool yearly sport day! 'Owwww my god' was saying out from my mind and it was really a shame for me at that time. I have a very long leg with 175 cm height at that time, but I was not dare to jump. Finally, I pass it, but the jumping stick also pass with me! It made a big fun to my friends.

After finish my secondary school, I moved to Penang Island and finish my STPM in Jawi. The time i spend in Penang for the first year was not a happy time for me. I had use for long time to used to this new environment. Language differ, culture differ, friends not many and freedom are the cause of made me unhappy at that time. Luckily,STPM study got to help me to make some of good friends in Penang. Their are funny, crazy talkers and some are sincere, but they all have a very kind heart with lot of enthusiasm into their daily live activities. I was learnt from them in some sport like badminton and football and it made me start to feel that my live is not so boring anymore.

2 years later, finished my 2 years study, I got the offer into University Science Malaysia, Penang in Applied Physics with a group of my STPM friends. It was so coincidence we were getting the same course during university study.

The unversity life was not so smooth at the first year, my result was the worse one in the class. Time was passed and also made me more serious in study and get more way in learning. After the first year study, I get the first 3.00 pointer in my exam. It was not good compare to others but it was so meaningful for myself. After that, all of my exam had pass at least 3.00 point and fulfill my wish now to get a profesional job in Penang.



Currently I am working as a QA Engineer in a semiconductor company. The job is quite challenging and lot of the things which I still need to learn and experience. Sometimes will think whether the job is suitable to me or not, but sometime also feel that I love the job I have now. Is there many people have the same feeling with me? Or maybe this is human being minds....' When u have something, you will always think want to belonging other things which you can't get'. Anyhow, I have get a lot of friends in the company and they are mostly friendly. This is one of the reason I like my current job now. From the current job, I knew some of the friends who are having same interest with me; or same bored with me, we will go for movie sometimes, make some activities during off day. It's all legal activities!! @@


I am very like to sing, but i seldom go for Karaoke. There are some of my personal record songs which had uploaded on the website for people to watch. Pls Click
After talk about singing, I wont forget to share to you all about my Idol~ Faye Wong~ She is the most beautiful/ talent singer who I support since I was 10 years old. I can sing almost all of her mandarin song. Why do I so like her song? I still remember there was a charity show in Singapore Tv programme. She sing her first mandarin song ~ 我願意~ Pls Click --> I do . This song was made me start love to listen to the music and she made me start to admire and understand what is music. Every of her album were giving surprises which is natural, smooth and relax. Sometimes its so difficult to explain why I like her, my 10 years old still easy to explain because not many people know her, but now, everyone know her and think that I am just a normal fans, but actually, I have go through a long time since she start to sing. I collected lot of cut newspaper, albums, internet photos, recording all of her appearance in TV by video tapes, sometimes can records until 4am in the morning for her MTV. When I thinking back now, I still don't feel regret to do that all things. It was really give me a real memory which I think nobody can do better than me.
